Refund Policy

Registrations are non-refundable for our monthly dinner meetings and Saturday events.

Conference registrations can be cancelled only in writing to CMSA Chicago, PO Box 726, Oak Park, IL 60303

You may cancel without penalty if written cancellation requests are received up to and including 45 days prior to the start of the conference.

Due to financial obligations incurred by the CMSA Chicago, a credit less 50% of the registration fee will be issued for written requests received up to and including 21 days prior to the start of the conference.

No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 21 days prior to the start of the event.

Substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to substitute a participant, please contact CMSA Chicago at info@cmsa-chicago.org.

All refunds will be made after the Conference and within two months.
